Maintenance

Before you move into your apartment, we will paint and deep clean your unit. Additionally, we will inspect the unit for any necessary repairs or maintenance. We will also ensure that all your utilities are set up and functioning properly before your move-in date.

If it is regular maintenance from our team, no, you do not have to be present. 

We have on site-maintenance available.

You can submit a maintenance request online. Sending maintenance requests on our resident portal is the most efficient, and it is designed to make your experience with us as seamless and convenient as possible. If you have any questions or need assistance accessing the portal, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. 

If you're locked out of your apartment, you can call our emergency on call after-hour maintenance team for assistance.

Amenities

Yes, parking is available at our apartment community. 

Some of the amenities that our property offers are a community laundry facility, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a business center. These amenities contribute to a comfortable and convenient living experience for residents of the property.

Yes! Our community is pet-friendly! We understand that pets are important members of your family, and we welcome them on our property.

In each unit, standard appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, and a conventional microwave. These appliances are provided to offer convenience and functionality for daily living tasks.

No, all of our apartments come unfurnished.  

Our laundry facility and fitness center are open 24/7.

Yes, parking is available in our apartment community on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Residents are allowed to have up to two dogs and cats. This pet-friendly policy can provide a welcoming environment for residents who have furry companions as part of their family.

Admin

Typically, it takes about 72 hours for a unit application to be processed and approved. During this time, the property management team will review the application, conduct background and credit checks, verify income and employment information, and ensure all necessary documentation is provided. 

Your options for paying rent include using the online resident portal, making payments with personal checks, or cashiers checks in the office. These payment methods offer convenience and flexibility for residents to choose the option that suits them best.

Our residents are required to purchase renters insurance to be a resident at our community. 

Inclusive-Spectrum is our internet provider.

For the application process, you will need to submit an application and provide proof of income, SSI, and a valid ID.

Our property sets up your electricity. 

The following utilities are included in your monthly rent; water, sewer, electricity, valet trash, cable, and internet.

If your application for the apartment is denied, you will be refunded your admin fee. 

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. This means that you are required to make your rent payment by the 1st to ensure timely payment and compliance with your lease agreement.

Applicants can complete the application online through the online portal. This allows for a convenient and efficient way to submit the necessary information, documents, and payment all electronically.

The application fee is $50. This fee is charged to cover the costs associated with processing the application, conducting a background check, and credit checks. The application fee is non-refundable. Our administrative fee is $150. This fee is charged to cover administrative costs related to processing the application, preparing the lease documents, and other administrative tasks.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of public transportation. Accessing public transportation is a valuable amenity for residents, providing convenience and connectivity to various destinations within the area. 

We are located in Osceola County School District. 

Poinciana Place, Kissimmee Shopping Center and Sunrise Plaza are located nearby. Having a shopping center nearby can be a convenient amenity for residents, offering easy access to essential goods and services.
